Job Details
Plumbing/Fire Protection Design Engineer
- BS/MS in Engineering, or equivalent
- EIT or PE License Desired, Not Required
- 7-10
years of experience in Plumbing/Fire Protection engineering and design within the MEP/FP industry. - Capable of handling the full plumbing/fire protection engineering on projects
- Designing and creating plans/specifications, coordinating with the clients and project engineer on various project types
- Proficient in the Outlook, Excel, Bluebeam, AutoCAD 2008 or newer. (AutoCAD MEP & Revit a Plus)
- Design/Build Project experience including Commercial, Mixed-Use, Educational, Institutional, high-Rise, Life sciences, etc.
- Knowledge of local Code & Standards, regulatory and LEED requirements.
