Administer payroll changes, support accuracy in HRIS software, and generate reports Payroll Processing:
Handle HR/Payroll system activities, onboarding, terminations, leaves of absence, etc.
Data Management:
Verify correct information in HR/Payroll system and with third-party providers, maintain employee data, and manage HR documentation Performance Management:
Assist in administering the performance management system and provide support for policy interpretations Recruiting:
Collaborate with hiring managers and talent acquisition to source, interview, and select candidates for division hiring needs Job Description and Hiring Process:
Develop relevant job descriptions, manage the hiring process, and coordinate onboarding Employee Relations:
Refer potential employee relations issues, coordinate team-building activities, and administer HR policies and procedures Benefits Administration:
Manage employee benefits inquiries, support oversight of benefit plans, and maintain compensation programs Safety:
Assist in implementing safety programs, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and conduct accident investigations Performance Management and Coaching:
Promote performance management, coach supervisors, and aid in improving underperformers Compliance and Training:

years Human Resource generalist experience; 1
years experience with HRIS required, preferably with UKG Solutions Proficient in Microsoft Office Demonstrated ability to understand, analyze, and interpret information, research data, use intuition and experience to support HR Manager/Director, and design workflow and procedures accordingly Ability to deal with problems involving multiple concrete variables and then apply skills to recognize and offer alternative system solutions Effective communication skills, both written and verbal; strong presentation skills Able to manage employees and third-party providers with professional, calm demeanor Sense of professionalism and ability to develop authentic relationships Track record of executing with confidentiality, discretion, and respect for all employees Excellent organization skills and attention to detail; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Initiative-taking, task-oriented, and able to self-direct daily activity Ability to travel up to 5% of the time Pro Mach, Inc.
