Key requirements:
1.
Strong knowledge of and experience in assisting the lead bartender with garnishes, pouring wine and beers.
2.
A serious appreciation of careful measurements of ingredients and fine presentation of cocktails including garnishing.
3.
Ability to skillfully serve multiple customers at a time.
The place gets busy very fast.
Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently.
4.
Understanding of how to upkeep and manage a fully stocked bar.
5.
Pleasant personality and excellent customer skills.
6.
Attend the door and seat guests to help use tables efficiently If you like to work with small teams and want to be a part of small growing independent business then please contact us.

The host role will be on Friday and Saturdays.
